This is a very nice Chocolate brown leather for a great price. Highly recommended!

Great value! I have had a pair of Campbell Boots on the regular last in brown Veg Tanned Calf leather with the rubber commando sole for a few months now, and they are quite good. This is my first pair of boots that I have not had to break in, and I think it's due to the leather. Although the leather feels relatively thin and plasticky compared to, say, a Red Wing leather, it is more supple and seems to not show scuffs. The stitching is quite good, the welt is nearly flawless, the sole seems pretty durable, the moc toe is sleek, and the inner leather lining is lovely. Overall, a very good boot that I would order again.

I bought this shoe with the 3 for 2 special. All three pairs are great, imagine breaking in 3 pairs of shoes.... going well and they all look great! I've been a fan and consume of John Doe Shoes since 2014, I've thrown out many pairs of shoes since then but none of my John Doe Shoes. That said I have 2 pair awaiting repair - not too bad for 6 year old shoes.
