Chocolate Deerskin

yet once again John Doe has exceeded my expectations. I asked for a slight modification to the Galdi loafer. I received exactly what I hoped for (see pic on John Doe Facebook). for the forth time construction is impeccable. the fit is true to size. the shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I have yet to need a break-in with any John Doe shoes or chukka. pricing continues to be more than fair. after I pay off Holiday bills I look forward to seeing some olive tundra back in stock or some new leather that catches my eye

Natual Chromexcel

they made me Whole-Cuts ! and they are gorgeous . originally I hoped to use the Tan Horsehide but the piece wasn't big enough. no matter this color on the Milo last is striking. wide width is perfect on my big feet. overall construction seems impeccable. not quite sure why I got studded heels with leather soles instead of the plain rubber as shown on the style guide page but they look fine and feel great. 3 for 2 is the way to go. Really Very Happy (p.ss I rarely give 5 Stars)

Love these boots.

Love this product. The leather is fantastic. Well worth the price. Amazing value. I wear a 10.5 E in sneakers and ordered such and they fit a little large (need 2 pairs of socks) so will order 10 for my next pair. Excited to buy again.

Darn good boots

I ordered the 420 boot in the CXL and I'm extremely pleased. They're a very attractive pair of boots and the leather has a deep and complex color. They're very true to size. I cannot wait to break them in!

A good first impression

First impressions are good. There are no blemishes in the leather. I see no unfinished stitches. The shoes come in a John Doe box with a protective bag for storage.I gave them instructions for a narrow fitting shoe, and they carried it out perfectly. They fit well out of the box and I'm expecting a short break in period. This was money well spent.

Awesome Value

For the money, not a better product out there. As an outside salesman who wears a suit and tie everyday, John Doe has allowed me to buy many more options for the price compared to other brands. I love my Allen Edmonds, but can't spend 500 bucks on every pair of shoes. These boots are great and can wear with jeans, chinos, and some slacks.
